The TransitVUE® MP Series of media players are configured for optimum performance. With TransitVUE® MP Series media players, displays are able to show real-time, active high-quality HD content. The players feature extensive connectivity for linking to the management system through LAN, WAN and wireless connections.

The client server system is designed to be very robust, so that even if the connection to the content server is broken, the player continues to run the existing playlist. Due to a special watchdog program that monitors the player to ensure that something useful is shown at all times. If a malfunction occurs during data transfer the system can remember where the error occurred and retry to download the file, playback will resume from the breakpoint.

Multi-format

You can distribute and play video, audio, Flash, PowerPoint and many other file formats. Supported video and still image formats are MPEG 1, 2 and 4, AVI, WMV, JPEG, GIF, TIFF and BMP. Audio files such as MP3 and WAV files along with data acquisition are supported. Each player also has a Unicode support for displaying characters from languages like Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Arabic.
